Job Purpose:
- To support production department needs by implementing the requirements for inventory control, documentation of manufacturing processes, data entry, filing and maintenance of records.
- Generally assists Head of Production/Production Manager in the functions of production plan, inventory control and maintenance records.
- production ERP related works.
- Coordinate and expedite the flow and materials according to production schedule.
- Compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels and production problems.
- Works to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist HEad of Production /Production Manager in developing production plans as required achieving sales target.
- Maintains department documentation of policies and procedures.
