• Guide, motivate, manage and encourage the project staff to achieve a good team spirit and achieve target. • Coordinate with design Subcontractor for all design related activities of the project.• Ensure that HAZOP, QRA & EIA studies are conducted as required. • Understand and implement Project specification and requirements.• Ensure project progress is as per the schedule and take necessary preventive action in time for any anticipated delay with out loss.• Coordinate with multi discipline engineers and construction / administrative staff for effective distribution of project work.• Prepare and control budget and responsible to generate profit from the project and control overtime. • Ensure that ISO9001 requirement, PMM /IMS requirement and HSE plan are implemented and maintained effectively with respect to Company IMS and Contract Specifications..• Ensure that project quality plan (PQP), Project procedures and ITP prepared and implemented. • Set the measurable objectives and ensure that it is implemented monitored and targets are achieved for the project.• Conduct regular project review meeting as per schedule.• Coordinate with the commercial department for subcontractor agreement and approval etc.• Ensure with discipline engineers that subcontractor works are in progress as per the project schedule and contract scope. • Ensure project correspondence, document and data control are maintained as per the PMM
