Job scope:

Responsible for promoting excellent customer service while achieving department and individual sales goals and maintaining merchandising standards.



Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to all customers;

• Achieve individual and department monthly sales goals;

• Maintain department merchandising standards and the visual displays and do proper replenishment of merchandise;

• Complete efficient and accurate transfers;

• Do proper alterations as per ABC tailoring standards;

• Bag, box, wrap merchandise and prepare packages for delivery;

• Process merchandise returns and exchange;

• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
