Our client is a locally founded established business, who is looking to recruit for a Senior Content / Creative Lead to join the creative division.
Main purpose for this role is to lead, build and inspire a team of world-class creatives and content marketing experts in developing globally recognized creative concepts and inspiring creative excellence across all marketing projects.
You’ll also be responsible for the development of the company’s creative and content marketing strategies across the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
• Creating and executing a world-class content marketing strategy regionally and supporting the local Product Marketing Managers with their content marketing strategies as well as working with other internal and external clients to support them with content / creative.
• Creating locally relevant content formats based on audience interests and insights that can be piloted in one country and rolled out to other markets.
• Driving globally recognized creative concepts and inspiring creative excellence across all projects within the agency.
• Managing and building a content marketing / creative team bringing together experts from film, design, editorial and digital.
• Developing and nurturing a stellar external partner network for content creation and distribution regionally and globally.
• Championing the content marketing agenda and thinking within the company and constantly pushing the envelope in how we can create more relevant content for our audience across all channels.
• Ensuring all creative concepts have strong social engagement built-in.
• Working closely together with the other Senior Leads in the agency to align all activities with content as the core - supported by media, social, comms etc.
• Driving technical innovation and development to further enhance the content marketing impact and reach.
