Showroom Sales Consultant [ Al Ahsa ] - Abdullah Hashim Company

Accountabilities

• Receive customers visiting the showroom

• Identify the customer needs and propose solutions to satisfy customer needs

• Present the vehicle by offering Six Way Walk presentation and provide information on vehicle as requested

• Take customer to test drive the vehicle

• Negotiate prices and agree on terms of delivery of the vehicles with customers including trade in of used vehicle

• Prepare customer documentation and submit to Sales Administrator

• Coordinate with Stock Controller to prepare vehicle for delivery and to fix the date of delivery

• Hand over appropriate documents and deliver vehicle to the customer

• Follow up with the customer to ensure timely first service

• Conduct after sales follow up with customers and troubleshoot problems if any and ask for referral

• Build customer database on Prospecting System

• Maintain contact with customers to provide information on new product and promotions

• Perform other related duties as requested
