• Work with field Relationship Managers across Bayt.com Sales Offices to sell SaaS based Career Site Solution product and services to Companies.
• Work with existing (government, semi-government and private entities) and new SaaS based Career Site Solution clients to ensure usage of the products and services, ensure loyalty and to up sell them additional services.
• Develop and conduct relevant and regular classroom training to all team members across KSA sales offices. Ensure that managers are in turn trained to provide training to their staff.
• Maintain an active and regular dialogue with the team to ensure that the objectives and the processes are being met. Attend customer meetings regularly with the sales force and core team in order to outperform budget and improve processes for execution.
• Prepare materials that clearly outline the processes and systems for each of the strategy items. The documentation will include that may be utilized for sales, sales training and marketing.
• Visit KSA offices on a monthly basis for meetings and trainings.
• Invest time in studying and thinking about new and improved methodologies for achieving objectives.
• Continually assess progress and adequacy on all processes and procedures and suggest alternatives that may serve the products and company vision better.
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast; and work on sales strategy and leads to meet monthly, quarterly, bi yearly and yearly targets.
