Training and Development specialist(clinical Management)

The trainer will be required to carry out the following activities on day to day basis : Manage & Coordinate Learning ActivitiesDevelop training strategy, Conduct Training Needs Analysis, Plan & monitor training progress plan, Manage training risks and issues, Manage training evaluation and assessment, Manage training resources, and, implementing continuous improvement in respect of training.Train & Develop TrainersTrain the trainers, super users, change management agents, support trainers on system related enquiries, assist in the development of trainers’ learning skills and trainers development program evaluate trainers’ skills and knowledge. Train End UsersTrain end users on the use of applications, local policies and procedures via various methodologies (such as classroom based training, e-learning, coaching), Assess and evaluate end-users on the training completed, support the localization of training materials, train the advanced learners and facilitate e-Learning, help building digital training. Provide End User Support Floor Walk and providing ad hoc 1-1 coaching, facilitate open sessions for specific issues or queries, answer end-user queries by telephone or email, observe / evaluate transfer of learning through end user use of the application in the workplace. Undertake Training Admin Activities Schedule training activities, book training rooms, collate training feedback, manage the training course.
