Assistant Manager – Online Marketing - RAKBANK

We are seeking To manage the bank’s social media presence by coordinating with social media/ digital agencies, organising campaigns, conceptualising competitions and promotions around social mediums, etc.



Accountabilities-



• Liaise with the Online Media Agency to build the most effective Social media plan that aligns with the product/promotional objectives.

• Ensure that all Social media campaigns are well within the budgets assigned to every initiative.

• Liaise with media suppliers to evaluate offers that add value to the overall marketing objectives of various products.

• Ensure that all Social media KPIs are eventually delivered in line with the negotiations and approvals provided by the Bank.

• Maintain a key relationship and make weekly, monthly and quarterly reviewing sessions with the Social Media Agency

• Monitor effectiveness of various Social mediums to establish a better judgement of best vehicles for different products.

• Develop media reports for all Social campaigns to reflect the number of impressions served, click through, leads and conversions generated, fans, followers and likes.

• Review and monitor competitive products online media exposure.

• Plan and implement the online marketing initiatives to assist the various sales channels in new business sourcing in accordance with agreed target market strategy.

• Ensure continued design and development of engaging and interactive user experience on social media channels.

• Co-ordinate with the social media agency and Marketing Alliances to come up with online deals for Social media channels.

• Drive all marketing activities on social media channels like Twitter and Facebook.

• Co-ordinate with the MARCOM team on the development of online creative as per the Online Media Plan.

• Be responsible for content management on social media.
