Principal Responsibility
Be the first point of resolution for our customers. This is a vital position to help us exceed customer expectations.
Associates will correspond with the customers over the phone, emailand other channels. They will assist customers in placing orders and help to resolve issues.
- Key Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer queries through phone/ mail /twitter/IM/other channels
- Be the primary interface with customers
- Highlight and report any trends in customer queries
- Adhere to predefined KPIs and response times
- Ensure outstanding customer service experience for all customers. “Customer Satisfaction” is not enough. “Customer happiness & delight” is our goal.
