Responsible for managing and coordinating complex new business and defensive bids/reviews/RFP’s/tenders. Producing high quality reports, literature and presentations to aid sales andretention. Working to deadlines and delivering within required timescales.
- Define and scope projects - outputs, timescales, resources/costs and methodology
- Delegating tasks/activities across the bid/review team
- Production of quality reports and presentations within agreed timeframes
- Working to project management timelines and disciplines
- Managing broking and programme design input with Placement Leader(s)
- Meeting with prospects to understand rationale for bid/review
- Responsible for developing/encouraging use of Marsh unique service propositions forsuccessful outcomes
- Working closely with proposed client service team on deliverables
- Ensuring adequate time allowed for presentation rehearsals
- From time to time managing the transition of new client into service team
- Undertake specific tasks as directed by management adhering to agreed timescales
