The IT International Regional Business Interface reports to the Regional Leader, IT International and is ultimately an extension to the IT Regional Leader assisting with all aspects of IT delivery within the region/country. This role is based in the International regions & mapped to specific Boeing International offices.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
• Represent Boeing IT on BI CVPs leadership.• Develop and communicate IT strategy & initiatives for region.• Proactively engage key end users and decision makers and represent IT in the assigned region.• IT services delivery for the region including: exception management for the region as well as Regional IT requirements definition, managing customer expectations; co-design, negotiate and own SLAs.• Collaborate with and support IT needs of Business Units in the regions while proposing IT improvements to support the business and improve its effectiveness.• Represent IT to the regional stakeholders for IT initiatives and Service delivery. • Communicate regional updates to stakeholders (e.g. RL, RES, BEM, Ops).• Advocate for customer satisfaction. Facilitation of region wide IT forums.• Facilitate IT visits to the region.• Drive (where applicable) Industrial Participation initiatives for the region and manage in-region sourcing partner relationships.• Maintain regional customer/business/program profiles.• Understand, validate, document and represent priority of new IT service requirements. • Work collaboratively with IT planning, service design and implementation teams to represent regional business requirements for the purpose of Long Range Business Planning, prioritization and resourcing
