Junior Accountant

Our company, an insurance broker with an office in Muscat, Oman is looking for an Accountant to join it's expanding team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Preparing and processing debit notes and credit notes for the Brokerage business

Managing payable and liaise with Debtors for monthly payments and statements

Recording and allocating monthly expenses/data Petty cash accounting

Bank Reconciliations for the Company accounts Preparing various financial reports for the head office

Liaising with banks and regulatory authorities

Be able to conduct and coordinate with external auditors in the year end audits

Creating month end schedules and matching them with the bookings

Preparation of invoices in accordance with sales reports and follow up for payments

Any other tasks assigned by the Management
