Medical Claims Manager - Rak Insurance

Reporting to the Senior Claims Manager you will:

Pro-actively manage all medical claims from notification to closure;

Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders as well as network providers, brokers, TPAs and insured companies;

Monitor overall medical claims assessment including all rejections and reconciliation of claims;

Continuous improvement in medical claims handling and reduction in operational costs;

Execute claims strategies taking into account uncertainties, key decisions, potential outcomes and estimated associated costs;

Manage monthly paid and outstanding bordereaux for Medical class of business including excess of loss.
