We are a premium HR consultancy based in Downtown Dubai. Our client is a brand new Middle Eastern cuisine fine dining experience opening in the heart of DIFC. The kitchen is headlined by a Michellin Star chef.
We are looking for dynamic, experienced pastry chef to work in this exciting new kitchen where they will be leading a team and working hand-in-hand with the back of house team to develop recipes, manage stock and serve lunch and dinner.
Candidates must:
-Be able to lead a team-Be able to work under pressure-Be creative but also able to take direction-Have at least 5 years in a similar role-Be able to present a food portfolio
