Quality Assurance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Chairman & Managing Director, the Quality Assurance Manager provides an objective, independent view of quality and the execution of patient care and business procedures.The Manager is responsible for the establishment and management of QA systems process; conducting QA audits, development and implementation of project quality plans.He will ensure evidenced-based best practice approaches are incorporated into the QA process within the organization and will works cohesively to facilitate a wide range of regulatory and QA activities.He is responsible for providing direction to staff pertaining to regulatory compliance, and plays a consultative role to the company for strategic planning.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1.Facilitates the development of multi-disciplinary collaborative teams for ongoing QA and Quality Improvement activities.Prepares and presents reports on problem resolution, new concerns and quality of customer care.

2.Consults, facilitates and participates in divisional-wide performance improvement activities (e.g, performance improvement projects, clinical pathways, best practice, benchmarking).

3.Responsible for the management of quality assurance and performance improvement indicators related to non-clinical services issues and initiatives.

4.Maintains approved supplier list, including appropriate rating and quality improvement plans for suppliers.

5.Review and approved company and process control Standard Operating Procedures that are drafted, reviewed and approved by the other organizational units.

6.Manages, review and finalizes inspection and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, company practices and procedures and governmental regulations including safety rules and regulations.

13. Working collaboratively with product development specialists, sales, and other unit heads, and responsible to monitors market trends in order to determine when company products or services should make promotions / advertisement.
