Recruitment Manager - HR Pulse

HR Pulse is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, self-motivated Recruitment Manager for the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of the Recruiting team.

• Establish and maintain recruiting target metrics.

• Create regular reports to demonstrate recruiting numbers, success rate, and various associated metrics.

• Partner with Clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver a staffing plan as per clients’ needs.

• Design, implement, and execute effective recruitment plans and campaigns to fulfill clients staffing needs.

• Partner with International Clients to provide recruitment services internationally.

• Monitor the effectiveness of recruiting tools and provide recommendations for enhancements.

• Benchmark recruiting practices against market information to determine competitiveness; Recommend improvements and changes to align with best practice and company objectives.

• Other duties as assigned by management
