Recruitment Officer

Duties And Responsibilities: • Reviews and screens out employment applications and preparing interviews files. • Conduct screening telephone interview. • Prepare the job offer and contract. • Conduct skill and intelligence test for the applicants. • Coordinate with local employment agencies and international agency for new employee visa processes. • Conduct new employs orientation training and briefing the summary tasks for the new employees in the company.
