General Responsibilities:• I n coordination with the Project Manager, plan, coordinate and organize the technical activities of the repair and maintenance program;• Supervise district managers and supervisors at the sites of work within districts;• Ensure assessments and re;›airs of WASH centers are technically sound;• Ensure district teams complete works in a timely manner;• Supervise the works of contractors hired to carry out major repairs beyond the capacity of district teams;• Assess the technical abilities of skilled Syrian Cash for Workers;• Coordinate the selection and rotation of unskilled Syrian Cash for Work volunteers;• Ensure spare parts/stock requests are appropriate for the repairs intended and there is no misuse of supplies;• Work with the logistics team to forecast and order supplies on a timely basis;• Work with community mobilization teams to establish strong relationship between WASH committees and repair and maintenance teams;• Act as a clear communication channel between ACTED program, contractors, district teams and beneficial• Represent the project with external partners in addition/absence of the project manager;• Coordinate with reporting and monitoring & evaluation teams to project assess the functioning andPerformance of the project;• Ensure the reporting department has all information required for weekly and monthly reports to donors;• Analyze program data to assess the functioning and efficiency of each district team;• Support the project manager to review strategies and improve the effectiveness of the project;• Liaise with all relevant program managers
