• Visiting clients & sales persons Periodically.• Assisting sales persons & solve their problem in the market timely.• Develop plans and schedules for the sales team to achieve the goals and following up implementation.• Following up the implementation of the sales team & making a plan for periodic Offers.• Observing the market & competitive of the companies in particular with presenting reports to the management.• Following up sales persons according to the classes and events• Follow-up sales team to reach the required goals target for the sales.• Following up the clients & serving them specially in their observations & the way sales persons dealing until the end of the events.• Following up the company`s clients to avoid the accumulations of the dues.• Weekly inventory checking with reporting of the missing cargo to the management.• Weekly discussion with sales team to know the achievements of the last week. • Checking sales orders before approve it to the sales persons.• matching clients balances periodically to sales persons.• make plan and schedule for the implementation of special events and public.• Direct and continuous communication with the place of the event, whether a hotel or exhibitions other. • Making plan & tasks scheduling & authorizing the teamwork to follow.• Create event & ensure of the implementation.• Responsible for all the arrangements inside the hall where the event is held.• Coordinating and following up with the printing presses to finalize the publications of the event.• Coordinating and follow-up with the various committees to ensure workflow efficiency and proficiency.• Supervising the lightening system & acoustics inside the event hall.• Supervising & following up of the registration process.• Supervising the volunteers.• Heeding about the details quality of implementation with speed in accomplishment. • Providing suppliers of required services for the implementation and events processing .
