Lead Optimisation team is preparing for 3G launch activities and need to grow their team with another 3 highly experienced RF Optimisation Experts; we need to assign engineers with minimum 5+ years of experience in optimization field (Radio Access Network), experience in applying different types of cell structures (1 carrier, 2 carries and 3 Carries), experience in analysis of log files and Layer 3 messages and awareness of solving customer complaint with troubleshooting, performing traces and checking alarms. Ericsson and/or Huawei 3G background is required along with strong Optimisation background
