• Lead and manage a team responsible for delivery of BI, data analysis, and reporting solutions.• Collaborate with the ICT programme leadership to understand reporting needs.• Implement and maintain BI data warehouse and reporting environment and lead IT resources to successful execution on projects to meet those needs.• Develop and maintain MIG BI systems to provide secure, efficient, and consistent end-user access to data.• Work with ICT staff to ensure BI systems comply with infrastructure requirements and integrate with security systems, network infrastructure, and other systems.• Monitor and expand data warehouse, BI applications and related software systems as needed to assure adequate security, performance and capacity.• Work with internal security team to identify and implement user and administrator security for data• Address organizational dynamics regarding data ownership, usage and dissemination.• Define data and tools standards, including tools for use in data acquisition and preparation, data modelling, metadata management, structured queries and online analytical processing (OLAP).• Define the overall corporate data model on which the BI is based.• Market and sell the BI Program to the entire organization and establish training programs for related users as needed.
