Contracts Administrator - Hill International

Oversees the contractual administration of specific contracts. • Checks and reports on designer, contractor and associated parties’ compliance with the contract and progress of works.

• Coordinates with site team, advises specific requirements of the contract and ascertains contractual and practical measures to ensure compliance with requirements.

• handle and Tracks site valuation procedures. Liaises and coordinates approvals with the Contractors.

• Handle directives and variations, assesses implications, negotiates omissions or extra costs, coordinates and reports on the contractual implications of other parties engaged with the works.

• Handles final accounts including preparation, submission and agreement with the Client/Consultant and similarly with respective subcontractors.

• Provides the Project Director and Contracts Manager with reviews / analyses on the contract data, etc.
