HR Projects and Organization Development
• Oversees and approves the development of the HR projects to ensure alignment with the HR objectives of the Company.
• Directs the process of organizational development that primarily addresses manpower planning initiatives throughout the company.
• Directs the overall policies and procedures development and updating for HR and Administration to protect the overall image of the company and its employees.
• Directs the decisions on the corrective actions to ensure the retention of the employees.
Reward Management
• Reward policies & procedures.
• Payroll
• Promotion and merit increase systems in accordance with the approved guidelines
Employee Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
Training & Development and Succession planning
Admin Management
Health, Safety, & Environment
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the HR and Admin department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Organization Development
Change Management
• Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
MIS and Reports
• Ensure that all departmental MIS statements and reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company/department requirements, policies, and standards.
