HSE Officer - Dabur Egypt Limited

1- Provide advice, information and instruction on local OHS issues,assist in the application of OHS procedures, help manage risks and hazards in their area

2- report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures

3- liaise with the head of the unit or controlled entity, OHS Unit and other safety personnel, arrange awareness sessions to staff and workers

4- review and analyze injury and incident reports and data and recommend corrective actions and develop injury and incident prevention strategies for their area

5- audit local area OHS compliance with regard to risk, emergency and hazardous waste management, monitor local area compliance with OHS policy and procedures

6- Able to manage contractors operating with the unit premises

7- Ensure that monthly inspection of Fire Extinguishers, Exit Lights and Emergency Lighting, are carried out.

8- Respond to reports of unsafe conditions (e.g. electrical hazards, loose stair treads, etc.) by requesting repairs or maintenance. In some circumstances, material may have to be prepared for annual submission to the Repairs and Alterations budget.
