To focus on development and delivery of business plans through people to improve desired performance; theLearning and Development design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of best practices in class curriculum placing fully trained clients into the employment market.
Key Duties:-
*Be the expert on vocational training legislation and how Avanta within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia can collaborate with recognised training providers in the Kingdom, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Design and evaluate soft skills and blended learning programmes for Avanta within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; develop a learning and development culture where the development of people is the top of everyone’s agenda.
- Facilitate a range of programmes inclusive of employees and clients; design, deliver and implement the training and development programmes.
- Research for and secure funding opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Liaise closely with the Employer Engagement and National Marketing Managers to design learning programmes for employer demand; design tailored programmes to capture the diverse workforce.
- Ensure that ‘ways to learn’ are dynamic, ‘what to learn’ marketable training and ‘where to learn’ an environment that is designed to ensure the learner has the right tools and technology to facilitate the training.
- Support and work closely with the Avanta within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia senior management team on the development and delivery of local initiatives /solutions that drive high performance.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA’s) to ensure training and development solutions are aligned with the key business objectives and the L&D framework; evaluate learning against business KPI’s and Training Needs Analysis.
- Coach, mentor and support training coaches on all aspects of training and delivery.
- Evaluate all development activity to provide reports to demonstrate activity and impact on business results.
- Work in collaboration with the Centre Managers to ensure learning programmes are followed; e.g.: Induction, Career Development Plans and Reviews.- Develop innovative training schemes for the delivery of the learning and development strategy, promoting Avanta within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an employer of choice for growing skills of clients and staff.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure that outstanding performance is recognised and rewarded with the incentive and bonus scheme.
- Ensure that your own and the teams at all levels have updated personal developments and identify own and others training needs.
- Source specialist training opportunities for the executive team learning and development agenda, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage personal progression plans and personal development records for all employees; design and implement observation and appraisal systems in conjunction with the HR Manager.
- Ensure all employees training is designed in line with performance requirements and to raise the standard of excellence; work with IT to produce a matrix of staff training, qualifications and achievements.
- Facilitate Safeguarding training for the protection of vulnerable adults, Health & Safety awareness training for all employees and Equality & Diversity training particular to the Kingdom and its diverse workforce.
- Ensure that all training & development activities and programs are up to date and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
