Operation Manager

1.0 Job Purpose

Develop and manage all areas of the supply chain & logistics in order to ensure timely delivery of quality services to customer while maximizing the benefit to the company and enhancing its development & business growth in accordance with company objectives and guidelines. Also, to supervise all services provided by suppliers and services providers, and adapt new services can be provided by Tusdeer to the clients.

2.0 Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in developing, reviewing, and implementing Tusdeer’s strategy.

2. Initiate and implement department’s annual operation plan, and KPIs to ensure business continuity and achieve department’s target and company’s strategic objectives.

3. Supervise activities of all services providers and evaluate their performance and quality of services provided to Tusdeer.

4. Manage overall operations function and ensure quality of services provided are in line with company’s standards.

5. Ensure that operational activities are compliant with local laws, regulations, and company’s policies for HSE.

6. Oversee the implementation of capital investment on time, quality and budget to develop the Operations to maximize the competitive advantage of the company.

7. Support overall processes of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizing its short, and long term profitability and returns to its shareholder.

8. Adapt new services that can be provided to Tusdeer’ clients and re-engineer the current processes to improve quality of services and reduce the time of providing the full services requested by the clients.

9. Maintain business growth and development in accordance with the agreed business strategy.

10. Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key partners including tenants and local authority departments.
