Project Manager

Role Summary

Plan and Control design development, pre-construction and construction works to get project on time and at cost.

Apply expert knowledge & synchronize the works of the consultants and contractors;

Mitigate the impact of any change and is responsible for optimizing this impact to the minimum on the timeline and cost of the project.



Main Accountabilities

1- Organize, plans, schedules & controls the design progress & Construction works in order to meet deadlines without jeopardizing quality

2- Establish and implement a time audit procedure in order to optimise the Project time line and keep close control

3- Lead tendering of packages, evaluation, bid preliminary negotiations, clarifications, & preparation of contract documents in order to obtain sufficient and seamless tender and contract documents

4- Highlights early in the process potential risks & threats to cost, program or quality, and provide proposed solutions

5- Ensure proper phasing & interface of the various entities involved in the design & execution of the Project

6- Prepare monthly project’s status report and close-out report (including narrative reports, tables and graphs) and authorize payment certificates, evaluate properly claims & variation orders

7- Carry out value audits using the latest construction technologies in order to provide advanced solutions and yield in value engineering

8- Maintain & controls the quality of the project through challenging consultants & contractors to achieve an optimised quality project

9- Contact and follow up with all official administration bodies and neighbors to assure the proper implementation of the project
