Job Purpose:
Overview:
To carry out accurate diagnosis and effective repairs and maintenance on vehicles, machinery and equipment, thereby providing complete customer satisfaction with due regard to relevant quality and safety standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks.
* Perform accurate diagnosis and effective repairs on vehicles, machinery and equipment.
* Commission and deliver machines and carry out machine familiarization.
* Carry out periodic maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
* Operate lifts, tools and related workshop equipment.
* Undertake computer based Self Learning and Instructor led training for product awareness.
* Drive vehicles safely inside workshop and follow workshop health & safety, ISO regulations and company policy and procedures.
