Develop a strategic development plan of various cash management products and services from a profitability and competitive value proposition point of view
Streamline products related processes to re-align with the banks product capabilities in the back-end processes.
To continually develop value added products and services in order to:
generate incremental deposits and transactions, convert more clients for the bank, thus delivering increased revenue and profitability
lock-in customers to the bank and retain them as long term customers
meet bank and department targets
To constantly and consistently enhance and produce innovative existing product capabilities to address changing customer requirements and increase product competitiveness.
Develop competitive market analysis of various cash products and services across other banks in the industry
Inter-act with IT to ensure that all related product enhancements are tracked and implemented within agreed SLA
