Service Desk Analyst - Cognizant Technology Solutions

• Provide 1st level of help desk support for the The company IT user community.• Provision basic IT services.• Register and route calls received from end user community to the relevant support team.• Provide remote support to users with clarifications on IT matters or resolve queries and problems.• Coordinate with IT support teams to resolve issues in line with agreed service levels.• Assisting in the remote support of workstations, printers, IT equipment and systems and client software.• Handling problems through to resolution.• Resolving complaints and similar issues and acts to resolve customer support problems in a timely manner.• Interacting with other support groups to resolve problems, formulate plans and schedules and modify processes.• Apply effective support remedial and problem resolution measures to deal with problems.• Willing to work flexible hours.
