ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling all the technical specifications for all brands in coordination with our suppliers and sales team

• Handling all pricing with our suppliers in coordination with the GM

• Generating the division price lists in coordination with the division sales managers and GM

• Handling all tenders quotations and documentation

• Issuing all the quotation for HE sales departments within the agreed internal pricing authorities

• Dealing and follow up with all the body builders and 3rd parties starting from the technical design till the delivery process

• Supporting the sales team with the required sales material and Technical presentations

• Regular Market surveys and generating competitive product reports

• Working with the GM on the Division business development process (New products, new markets…etc)

• Regular technical training for our sales team

• Managing the division Marketing activities and website

• Generating all the KPI reports for the division sales operation
