Clinical Systems Manager

- Manage, maintain and monitor naufar clinical systems functionality and interface to support high-tech healthcare and rehabilitation services.

- Develop best practices and document such practices into work flows and standard operating procedures.

- Design and lead internal training of all clinical systems users.

- Design, implement and maintain clinical systems reporting dashboard(s).

- Attend clinical systems conferences and trainings to ensure naufar is leveraging the clinical systems.

- Design and maintain clinical systems access security and internal controls.

- Act as liaison between clinical departments to support interactions inside of the clinical systems.

- Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the clinical systems.

- Assist in implementation of software applications and analyze interfaces between applications in order to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved from the IT system

- Ensure Service Level Agreement is consistently met.

- Assist end user in the usage of applications by initiating activities with end users in order to ensure optimal adoption of the software is done.

- Provide on-going support by monitoring the software applications, also recommend new initiatives on software improvements in order to achieve continuous efficiency in operations

- Participate actively in disaster recovery management and business continuity tests for critical classified software applications to ensure the daily operations of naufar is not interrupted due to system failures.

- Maintain on-going relationship with suppliers/vendors and conduct a cost-benefit analysis on all IT related projects in order to ensure maximum return on IT investment

- Prepare and record important documents in relations to sourcing, tendering and purchasing processes so as to ensure consistency of information across the department.

- Provide training and guidance to subordinates as well as end users in order to ensure IT applications are well utilized at its optimum capacity.

- Provide leadership to resolve technical errors or breakdown and provide valid solutions and recommendation so as to ensure all business operations runs smoothly.

- Ensure privacy and security of naufar data are protected with policy development and security mechanism so as to safeguard the Intellectual Property of naufar as well as its image as a premier hospital.

- Comply to all naufar policies and procedures in IT applications to ensure consistency in workflow across the organization for higher efficiency.

- Provide technical leadership regarding systems configuration management, troubleshooting and systems management methodologies and practices.

- Perform complex clinical systems administration tasks as per agreed clinical best practices.

- Adhere to processes and control adopted by the team (Change Management, Audit, etc.).
