Construction Manager - Saudi Bin Laden Haram Project

- Managing, controlling, and coordinating the work at site between civil,architecture,and MEP works

- Providing site work schedule and progress report to the Project Manager

- Ensures the work done by the subcontractors in the site is according the project specification and time schedule.

- Follow up with consultant to get the approval for materials and shop drawings.

- Responsible for ensuring that the Project is built safely, to the best possible quality, in accordance with the Clients time schedule.

- Visit the site on daily basis to review the site progress and to direct the site team.

- Producing and maintaining detailed project plans.

- Attends progress review meetings.

- Ensuring project issues and risks are assessed, controlled and resolved quickly and efficiently

- Manages all activities of project construction department, providing technical and managerial leadership to all project and personnel carrying out any enhancement to improve the work flow.

- Ensures technical standard of safety and security are implemented in all project sites.

- Coordinates with sites to ensure smooth functioning of all facets of projects and departments in accordance to quality and HSE requirements.
