Delay Analyst - Mixed use project - Qatar
I am currently working with a large Contractor who have a requirement for an experienced Delay Analyst for a high profile project in Doha.
The ESSENTIAL requirements for this role are as follows:
- 10+ Years of Construction Experience
- 5+ Years dealing with EOT/Extension of time claims
- Experience in working for a main contractor
- Planning or Project controls experience
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
The preference is to find someone who has a good mix of claim preparation as well as having the ability to enter into strong negotiation for establishing claims.
You should also have experience with Primavera, Time Impact Analysis, Extension of Time claim submissions, Acceleration/ De-Acceleration with the ability to summarise the findings into a narrative substantiated by supporting documents and communicate the findings to the client's representative in a convincing manner.
In this role you will be reporting to the Commercial Director and use the resources of the QS / Planning teams.
