Financial Reporting Manager - Seoudi Group

Responsibilities:-



1) Provide management with proactive and useful information required for good decision-making to achieve business objectives and targets.

2) Produce key summary reports and dashboard for management.

3) Drive subsidiaries close and consolidation process to adhere to corporate reporting deadline.

4) Develop and distribute standardized templates for reporting of financial results on an actual, plan and forecast basis.

5) Consolidate results and highlight variances to plans/targets, business issues at the market or brand level.

6) Develop, coordinate, implement and enforce financial calendars and processes.

7) Support financial planning processes for Long Range Planning, Annual Budget and Latest Estimate forecasts.

8) Strong use of Microsoft PowerPoint for delivering the key messages and charts showing the main results and explanations for variances.



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1) Coach, lead, and motivate team to meet strict deadlines.

2) Determine and adjust team and individual objectives.

3) Responsible for establishing a positive work environment, providing career development opportunities, executing performance management, conducting feedback sessions, maintaining accountability and establishing goals for continuous improvement.

4) Bring extraordinarily high personal energy to the task at hand, and create an environment that fosters passion and teamwork.

5) Provide training to new staff as needed.
