Maintenance Manager - KitchenCo

Job Responsibilities:



Managing the department including technicians, spare parts, vehicles, service activities, projects installations, sub contractors and maintain a high level of after sales services.

Job Duties for Maintenance:



· Manage all service calls with short responding time and efficient service performance.



· Manage spare parts stock orders with minimum recommended spare parts quantities.



· Control of all job cards, service invoices and spare parts deliveries.



· Responsible for all equipment installations for projects and retail sales.



. Control of delivery team for projects and retail sales.



· Responsible of all preventive maintenance contracts activities.



· Maintain all required documents to provide fast service including exploded views and spare parts lists of all brands.



· Maintain the filing system of all documents with easy access to all files of clients services history and services activities.



· Responsible of providing spare parts and maintenance services offers to clients.



· Coordinate with all other departments in all matters related to employees and assets belong to his department.



· Report to and coordinate with sales manager for all matters related to his department.



· Any other duties according to management request.
