Project Manager – E-Commerce - Talabat GTC

• Manage the entire life cycle of assigned projects.

• Develop business requirements and KPI’s, draft process flows, initial design concepts and wireframes, rational business and product specifications requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, quality assurance, senior management, business analysts, marketing team and other stakeholders throughout projects life cycles.

• Monitor and document accurate status of projects and maintain project documentation for executives

and project team audiences.

• Prepare and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with the QA team with relevance to the company’s ecommerce products.

• Work closely with IT, creative and marketing teams to ensure that UI / UX and SEO best practices are applied.

• Undergo usability research within ecommerce platforms including competitive reviews, focus groups, heuristic reviews, field studies, usability tests, surveys, cognitive walkthroughs, contextual enquiry and other means.

• Monitor competition activities and react to ecommerce trends and best practices.

• Deal with internal / external customers and third party suppliers with relevance to the company’s projects initiatives.
