This is a well respected organisation that is focused on building a significant presence in the Middle East region. The Dubai office is the regional base and the team consists of high caliber individuals from a range of backgrounds.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Manage and implement the marketing strategy to achieve objectives for the market segment across the region
- Manage a team of Brand Managers to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and Understand customer needs to identify, develop, design and implement appropriate development plans across the region.
- To lead and ensure correct training to sales force and clinicians, must be able to communicate effectively with a clinical audience
- Development of KOLs
- Work with sales teams to ensure successful tactical outcome of marketing plans
- Drive competitor and market research to ensure product at front of market and pricing strategies are appropriate
- Remain abreast of clinical developments
