The Senior Engineer (Schedule) is responsible for the overall Project Construction and Pre-Mechanical Completion schedule, including all associated interfaces. This includes day-to-day activities for the development, maintaining, monitoring, controlling and integrating to the Detailed Construction Schedule including input to the EPC progress measurement system, verification and reporting.
Required capabilities but are not limited to, the following:• Prepare and manage overall master schedule including resource and cost loading.• Develop and maintain progress measurement system.• Preparing and monitor ‘schedule of submittals’ and ‘material tracking system’.• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.• Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.• Provides technical expertise and guidance to Field Engineers on day-to-day activities.• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).• Prepare weekly, monthly and all required reports for the project.• Participate for all meetings related to the planning and scheduling.
