1. Main Responsibility:
The Head must be well-equipped and acquainted with the knowledge of Mobile Phones service procedures, terms, conditions, spare parts, tools, mobile phone software and hardware faults and troubleshooting.
2. Specific Duties:
1. Support, train and monitor the technicians and follow up repairing process
2. Preserve customer property (mobile/accessories) with outmost care
3. Maintain workshop property and track and forecast the spare, tools and equipments and optimize maximum utilization of the same with minimum stock discrepancy
4. Utilize all test equipment
5. Guarantee quality throughout the repair process
6. Provide technical service advisory
7. Set up and manage the service center, equipment and tools, ensuring the availability of new software, spare parts, tools and software boxes
