1-Coordinate with Business Continuity Team Leaders in the efforts of the development of recovery plans and procedures for key areas of the bank; Assist business units in determining critical business processes and acceptable recovery times.
2-Establish and coordinate the testing of continuity plans, business recovery support and business resumption procedures for the assigned functional areas of the Bank.
3-Participate in emergency response procedures and monitor their effectiveness, making changes as necessary to ensure they stay current;
4-Maintain contact with the bank units to ensure an elevated state of readiness is maintained; Make certain recovery procedures are effective for the restoration of key resources, services and for the orderly resumption of critical business processes.
