Description
• Develops annual Sales forecast for the company
• Oversees and manages the developmental aspects of the Company in the fields of technical, commercial, sales & marketing and project management.
• Finds and creates new business relationship with strategic partners (international companies) to provide the Company necessary technology for ongoing and future projects. Also expand current portfolio with existing business partners.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. Prepares technical and commercial proposals; conducting presentations.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Practices effective sales efforts resulting in a steady increase of new business
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Finds and creates technical solutions for different applications of security and communication systems.
• Supports the Company’s products and services exhibitions
• Coordinates projects/jobs for efficient operation of new business effort
5. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
"•Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Preferably with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 7 years in business development, marketing, and/or sales experience.
COMPETENCIES:
"• Technical understanding of electronics and electrical engineering is required to perform product research and development focusing on Low Current Systems as well as expanding in power systems.
• Excellent product/industry knowledge of low current systems.
• A proven track record of successful planning and execution of multiple solution projects across various functions
• Excellent Technical, Documentation & Communication skills
