Our client, a leading provider of novelty and comfort footwear, is currently looking for a Customer Service RepresentativeYour duties will includeOrder entry in SAP Send confirmation to customer Extensive communication with external and internal customers Creation of the invoice in SAP Certificate of origin request Send a report of available stock to customer Coordinate with the third party warehouse to prepare goods for customer pick up Consolidation of stock between the Warehouse and sap stock Inform customer about the order status Coordinate with different plants to ship the goods Follow up on back order, obsolete items, and inform customer accordingly Creation of return and credit note
