Digital Project Manager - Manpower Middle East

Our client, a multinational Financial Services provider is currently recruiting for a Digital Project Manager, CEMEA



This is a contracting staffing role under Manpower for a contract period of 1 year (Renewable depending on company requirements and/or individual performance).



POSITION SUMMARY

Supporting the Digital Marketing function in web and mobile projects within CEMEA, the Digital Project Manager will be responsible for project planning and execution of digital projects, working closely with Company’s Vendors and Corporate IT teams.



KEY RESULT AREAS

• Manage projects to achieve target scope, schedule and cost.

• Provide oversight to a highly matrixed team comprised of IT and Business team members.

• Be responsible for all aspects of project management from project initiation through project completion, production integration and service activation.

• Define and direct resource plans, budget tracking and forecasting.

• Identify and manage dependencies and impacts among projects across the portfolio.

• Manage issues escalated from related projects.

• Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create estimates, develop budgets and project plans, and review Project Charters and other documentation needed for funding approvals.

• Direct project activities, conduct reviews, project tracking, manage risk mitigation and change control processes, and communicate status to Digital Leads.

• Achieve project goals by engaging effectively with stakeholders in Marketing, Corporate IT and vendors.

• Demonstrate and leverage strong business and technical acumen.



KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Successfully communicate between business personnel and technology team.

• Represent business team

• Successfully manages and delivers project scope within budget and timeline commitments.

• Executes necessary project change controls in a timely manner.

• Participate in project gate reviews on time with high quality project gate materials and schedule and report to Hub Digital team.

• Projects are kept up-to-date in project repositories and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.

• Receive positive feedback from project requestors and business sponsors.

• Solid analytical and problem solving skills; ability to think strategically.

• Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed.
