Our client is a large hospitality and lifestyle group who are seeking a highly experienced and effective Executive Assistant.
Job Profile:
The role shall support and report to the Chairman. Planning and coordinating meetings and appointments, booking travel and maintaining personal accounts, as well as dealing with telephone and email correspondence for the Chairman’s office will be day to day duties.
Responsibilities:
- Office management and a degree of HR, which involves designing and implementing office policies.
- Liaising with agencies on the companies behalf and updating all correspondences.
- Supervising office administration staff.
Maintaining general office equipment and inventory.
- Devising job descriptions for staff and interviewing candidates.
- Assisting in the selection and appraisals of support staff.
