Executive - Government Relations (KSA)

We are an Engineering solutions Company providing turn-key solutions in the field of Ground Water Control, Industrial Services, Specialized Equipment Rental across GCC countries. We serve the Construction, Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services, Pipeline, Marine, Waste Water and other associated industries from its purpose built facilities in the Middle East.

o Provide support to the Senior Executive - GR in coordinating all paper work and documentation for activities pertaining to visas, permits, licenses and registration.



o Assist in processing all types of transactions including work visas, residence permits, RP renewals, medicals, exit permits and NOC’s for employees.

o Liaising with various Government Departments, Municipalities and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services.

o Act as a single point of contact for all requisitions from the HR representatives and communicate all requirements to the Senior Executive - GR.

o Assist the Senior Executive - GR in the input of data into the system for all transactions and provide necessary documentation as required.

o Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.

o In consultation with the Senior Executive - GR coordinate with immigration / labour office with regards to cancelled / absconding employees and delete from the Companies sponsorship list.

o Assist in the closure of departure and exit formalities for employees after cancellation of visas as requested by the HR representative.

o Building and maintaining a network of contacts to support your work.

o Protect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation.

o Support in the formulation of structured and efficient processes for services provided while ensuring employee satisfaction.

o Provide an effective employee relations service to line managers and staff, ensuring that advice and/or counselling is given as appropriate to ensure equitable treatment of staff, within policy, and that such matters are properly documented.

o Participate as a team member in HR based projects and contribute towards developing new HR products, improved processes and systems that will enable HR be more customer service orientated and progressive.
