Client Details
Diverse business based in UAE supplying engineering services and equipment to various sectors particularly oil and gas industry.
Description
You will be responsible for leading the operations of the company and to achieve company's business objectives and profitability. You will oversee the entire operations ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
You will oversee the rental and supply of oilfield and engineering services to industry and will successfully execute all projects on time and within budget. You will drive a safety culture and lead and motivate a performance driven team
Focus on business development, customer satisfaction and manage a profitable p&L
This is a senior position as a leader of the business unit, part of a larger group of companies and as such requires a high degree of reporting, accountability and focus.
Profile
The successfull candidate should be a senior director or general manager who has a track record in this industry.
- 10 years senior management experience of running a business- Experience in scaffolding rental or form works, heavy machinery and rental equipment- Supplying and working with oil and gas customers in GCC region- Knowledge of oil and gas upstream industry is preferable- Strong leadership, communication, motivation and financial skills are crucial- Knowledge of Middle East region
