Summary

Looking for a Functional Consultant with experience working in production support capacity for a new implementation for a company with diverse interests in Construction, Hospitality, Property Management, Industrial, Retail and Technology among other business interests.

Overview

The application landscape consists of Siebel, Oracle eBS, Primavera, Hyperion & Qlikview. Some knowledge of Back office functions & experience working within a team supporting a diverse application stack is necessary.

Must have extensive Business and Functional analysis experience working with the relevant applications and modules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rollout to the 7 pilot business units.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements that will deliver enhanced functionality and/or simplify system administration.

• Facilitate and develop plans for application changes (including defects fixed, enhancements and/or configuration changes).

• Configure and test changes to system.

• Manage and orchestrate configuration changes to the production environment.

• Provide Level 1 Incident Management support with a goal of meeting business service levels.

• Take ownership of critical issues, enlist proper representation from other IT support teams and drive towards resolution.

• Coordinate activity between Business Units & Departments to drive open action items to closure.

• Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation and instruction on reporting applications to business units and users.

• Assist with rollout and support to other Business Units after stabilization period for pilot rollout.

• Work with implementation team for knowledge transfer and provide assistance where required.
