Implementation Manager - HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES

-establish the project team and implementing telecom network projects



-Closely follow project implementation progress and report to project manager and project director;



-Overall project management including client relationship and vendor management, and managing the project Schedule, Budget and Quality



-End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects



-Monitoring tasks of survey, Installation, Integration, milestone and timelines to ensure project stays on track while managing the implementation teams.



-Follow Civil work, Power etc readiness issue;



-participate and contribute as a key person to provide project management consultation and training to junior staff members
