Description
• To identify new business opportunities in sales, service, parts or accessories through researching industry potential and make recommendations to management.
• To Thoroughly study and understand the dynamics of any new business venture. Identify potential risk areas and highlight growth Opportunities. Make a business proposal that Ensures Financial Growth.
• To Liaise with all operating Divisions to understand their business needs and explore opportunities for growth.
• To screen potential business partners and devise business plans that cover the strategic route, business requirements, potential and financials.
• To Select Suppliers who can deliver effectively towards each Identified project for business growth. Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
• To evaluate options, setting Internal Priorities, and recommend investments.
• To work towards enhancing the organizations reputation and strengthens its market position.
Essential:
• Mechanical / Automobile Engineer with 5-7 Years experience in automobile business development Related Field.
• Leadership capability and people management Skills.
• Team Player
• Good Communication and customer service skills.
• Problem Solving skills
• Basic Financial and accounting skills
• Brand management and market analysis Experience.
• Strategic planning and Budgetary Management.
• Experience in automobile Industry is Preferred.
Desirable:
• Masters Degree in business administration with 4-6 years experience in similar field
• Knowledge of Arabic Language.
